NCAA Compliance Practice Test

The rationale for this choice lies in the NCAA's rules concerning recruiting and contact with high school athletes. Specifically, during a high school athlete's junior year, there are indeed restrictions on the number of allowable contacts coaches can have. The NCAA imposes limits to ensure fair recruiting practices and to give athletes and their families time to make informed decisions without being overly pressured by coaches.

The rules dictate certain times when contact is permissible and limit how many times a coach can reach out to an athlete within a certain timeframe, which helps to better manage the recruiting environment and protect the interests of prospective student-athletes. Understanding these regulations is essential for compliance and helps maintain the integrity of collegiate athletics.
